At GRWC, we are committed to team training, fitness training and personal training of all age groups. Team and personal training sessions are available to those who want to push their bodies to the highest levels. Team training includes small group training, strength training and TRX training. One-on-one training with our certified personal trainers are also available for all fitness levels and ages.
In a team training setting, participants can be found doing different exercises at their own customized level of fitness, intensity, and ability. Team training classes are typically smaller than a group fitness class with the same good instruction, great workouts, and solid results.
