THE BENEFITS OF TEAM TRAINING
At our Performance Training Center (PTC), our adult team training classes are designed to push your body to a higher fitness level. All classes are led by American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainers, with each class using a variety of exercises and training styles to continually challenge your body. Classes are designed to be fun, fast-paced, and challenging. Each session is different in order to maximize the training effect, and you can work at your own pace while being guided and coached towards your goals.
The benefits of team training can include:
- Finding camaraderie with your workout group.
- Save time with a brisk 1-hour class. Time will fly by as you get a full body workout.
- Personal attention from your Certified Personal Trainer who can monitor your progress, provide motivation and answer questions.
- Enjoy some social time - it can get lonely working out by yourself!
- A constructed program, where the workout is planned out ahead of time, and you get to enjoy a full body workout with a variety of exercises.
- Support and accountability - whether it be from your trainer, workout partner, or the entire team. You'll always have someone to push you and someone for you to keep pushing.
