Upon joining GRWC you will have one appointment with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. During this appointment our trainers can help you set personal fitness & health goals. They will also answer any questions you have, as well as take you through an initial workout.
If you would like more sessions with a Personal Training you can purchase single sessions or training packages. Sessions are sold in either 30 minutes or 1 hour increments.
