Types of Massage
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to target deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues in the body. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints). It aims to alleviate chronic muscle tension, relieve pain, improve flexibility, and promote better posture. Lymphatic
Lymphatic massage is a gentle and wonderful way to balance the body’s internal chemistry, purify and regenerate tissues, normalize functions of organs, promote immune system function, and promote healing after surgery or injury. Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is a specialized massage therapy designed for pregnant women to address the unique discomforts associated with pregnancy. It involves gentle techniques and positioning to accommodate the expectant mother's changing body. It aims to alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress, relieve swelling, and improve overall well-being during pregnancy. |
Fibromyalgia
Joining trigger point and meridian therapy, this treatment is specifically designed to relieve those suffering from Fibromyalgia. Myotherapy
A complete system of therapeutic massage utilizing advanced assessment skills to determine the holding patterns of the body. The body is revitalized, rehabilitated, and restored to its natural state of harmony through the use of range of motion, therapeutic ‘platform’, and deep tissue release techniques. The treatments are interactive in design. Swedish
This modality is the most common form of massage. Swedish relaxes muscles and eases aches and pains. Long connective strokes create a gentle, therapeutic massage experience. Thai Massage
Thai massage incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretching, and rhythmic compression to create a harmonious healing experience. |
cRANIOSACRAL therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, light touch, hands-on healing technique that releases tension deep in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax and self correct. The client will be fully clothed and in a comfortable position on a massage table or in a chair. The practitioner's touch is light and still.
How will I feel?
During the session, clients feel very relaxed and often say that they feel like they are floating. After a session, clientes often feel deeply relaxed and possibly energized, like they had a deep sleep even though they were awake during the treatment. This therapy is a great way to alleviate pain, stress and discomfort. |
Craniosacral can help with the following:
Stress Concussion Migraines and Headaches Chronic Neck and Back Pain Central Nervous System Disorders Fibromyalgia and Many Other Conditions |

Besides feeling so relaxing, massages provide us with a number of meaningful health benefits.
Improves Blood Circulation
A pain in the shoulders or neck can be a result of postural stress. When you don’t stretch or walk, you compromise your body’s blood circulation. A massage can help fix these issues. |
Soothes Headaches
Instinct will tell you to rub or apply pressure on an aching part of your body or head to relieve the pain, so remember that next time you get struck by a terrible headache. |
Relaxes Muscular Tension
Too much stress leads to muscular tension. Free your muscles and let a massage therapist knead away those aching muscles, headaches or back pains. |
Get that Skin Glowing
As blood circulation dramatically improves by simply massaging your face or body, so will your pale skin. Get that natural glow from the inside and save your skin from the harsh effects of stress! |

Studies have shown massages can reduce stress levels. When happy hormones are induced and neuro-muscular pathways are calmed, anxiety and depression are significantly reduced. |
Invigorate your senses
There are days when you feel weak. It can be a combination of life’s physical and emotional drudgery. Massage therapy has been shown to help re-balance a person’s body, mind, and spirit. |
